Welcome to the 2024-2025 Kindergarten class at P.S. 188Q/Annex! We are planning an orientation to acquaint you and your child with our school. The orientation will be on:
Date: Wednesday, May 22, 2024
Time: 9:00 to 10:00 AM
Place: Annex Auditorium
Families are invited to make an appointment with our Parent Coordinator, Myrna Pérez-Fung, to schedule a tour of the annex. Due to the activities and events in June, there will be no school tours after June 5th. She can be reached at the following:

At the orientation our Principal, AP, Parent Coordinator and PTA will present information and be available to answer questions. Because the meeting will be an hour long and it may be warm in the building, we ask that you do not bring children to the meeting.
We hope this visit will support a smooth adjustment to kindergarten and that your child will feel confident about his/her new school environment.
If you have any problems logging on or responding to the invitation please contact our Parent Coordinator, Myrna Pérez Fung. Please reply by Friday, May 17th. As the date gets closer, we will email you a link to access the orientation packets. Please review the packet and write down any questions or concerns you may have.
